Air Fried Onion Rings

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet onion

  • 1/3 cup panko crumbs

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. Mix the milk with the egg whites in a separate bowl.

  3. Peel the onion and slice it and then separate it into rings.

  4. Place each ring into the milk solution for a few seconds and then roll it into the spices. Place in air fryer.

  5. Spray the onion rings with PAM and turn on Air Fryer.

  6.  Fry at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

  7. Serve immediately
